  1. Copy the esg-shv.zip file to a temporary directory.
  2. Go to Microsoft Windows* Device Manager.
  3. Find the unknown device that says similar to ESG-SHV Backplane.
  4. Right-Click & properties.
  5. Select the drivers tab.
  6. Click the update driver button.
  7. Select the specify location option.
  8. Specify the directory in which you extracted the downloaded file.
  9. When it finds it, select finish.
